CTCM debuts at the 21st China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair
2025-05-26The 21st China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair was held from May 22 to 26 in Shenzhen. The Chinese Traditional Culture Museum (CTCM) was invited to participate for the first time and made its debut in the "Cultural and Creative China" exhibition area (Hall 10).
The CTCM booth aimed to display the arts and crafts masterpieces along with creative products featuring intangible cultural heritage, with the highlight being live demonstrations and interactions by intangible cultural heritage inheritors.
The on-site display of jade carvings, Miao embroidery, and other works showcased Chinese aesthetics, superb craftsmanship, and profound cultural connotations, deeply attracting many visitors to stop and appreciate. The featured exhibition wall composed of Taohuawu woodblock New Year prints, Yangjiabu woodblock New Year prints, Yue county paper-cutting, and Fengning Manchu paper-cutting was eye-catching, with spectators eagerly approaching to take photos, interact with on-site staff, and learn the cultural beauty of intangible heritage projects.
The nearly one hundred exhibited items in this event covered 50 representative national intangible cultural heritage projects. Products that combine traditional craftsmanship with modern living received great favor from a large number of young audiences.
