Ying Kiln, Black-sand Ware

Yingjing, with its long history and rich cultural heritage, is like a dazzling pearl embedded in the western frontier of Sichuan province. Yingjing sandware is a unique traditional craft of the region, and its firing technique was included in the national intangible cultural heritage list in 2008. Its history dates back more than 2,300 years, witnessing the passage of time and carrying the legacy and development of Chinese culture.

This exhibition aims to systematically showcase the achievements in the inheritance and innovation of Yingjing sandware, deeply exploring the paths of preserving and developing traditional crafts in contemporary society. It seeks to find connections between traditional culture and modern life, highlighting its creative transformation and innovative development's contemporary value.

The exhibition provides valuable insights and models for the inheritance and modernization of traditional culture. Divided into four sections, this exhibition displays over 200 works of the sandware.
