In the face of continuously emerging new materials, technologies, and business models of the new era, arts and crafts are integrating into modern life with unprecedented openness, serving people's needs and empowering industrial upgrades. Questions such as "How can traditional crafts shine with new brilliance in the modern era?" and "How can art and technology mutually empower each other?" have become constant considerations in the creative processes of young students. Today's arts and crafts education carries the important mission of continuing cultural heritage, nurturing a new generation for the times, and serving national development.

The Third National College Arts and Crafts Major Outstanding Graduation Exhibition, co-hosted by the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University and the CTCM, features over 180 works from 118 universities, showcasing the new landscape of China's arts and crafts education. Young students use their works as a medium to explore the scale of craftsmanship between "object" and "art," establish a cognitive framework between tradition and contemporaneity, and ultimately, in cultural dialogues with the world, seek the contemporary value of crafts and expand the realm of future creativity.
